CLOSING A BET: As in spread betting, meaning to make a bet on par with but opposite of the leading wager.

COLUMN BET: To bet on any of the three columns of a roulette table.

COME BET: In craps, the same as a pass-line wager, but made after the player has arrived at his number.

COME-OUT ROLL: A crapshooters initial roll to arrive at a number, or the initial roll after a point is arrived at.

COVERALL: A bingo term, which means to cover all the spots on a bingo sheet.

CRAPPING OUT: In craps, to roll a 2, 3 or 12 is an automatic defeat on the come-out roll.

DAILY DOUBLE: To choose the winners of the first two events of the night.

DOWN BET: To wager that the result of an action will be smaller than the smallest end of the quote on a spread bet, also known as a "sell".

DOZEN BET: In roulette, to gamble on one or more of 3 categories of 12 numbers, one-twelve, etc.

EACH WAY BET: A sports gamble, meaning to bet on a team or player to succeed or place in an event.

EVEN MONEY BET: A wager that pays the identical value as wagered, ( 1-1 ).

EXACTA: gambling that 2 horses in an event will finish in the exact identical order as the bet – also referred to as a " Perfecta ".

FIVE-NUMBER LINE BET: In roulette, a wager placed on a block of five numbers, for instance 1-2-3-0, and 00.
