Being Taught From My Wagering Blunders

[ English ]

First to explain why I write this article. I have been wagering on the internet or at physical betting houses for a great many years. I have learned, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it up until you are broke. Particularly if you’re on a winning run. I’ve gone through countless tens of thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It seems you are just having fun until you decide to be aware of your squanderings and the guilt settles in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can earn it back" repeatedly. It never works. Then you feel sick in your belly and the harder you attempt the quicker you lose.

When you notice that you are up, remain on the UP! When you start to be beaten, do not say to yourself, "well just maybe one more" and again and again, trust me, this concept RARELY ever works. Say you are betting on slot games, have an amount set to the side prior to starting your action. DO NOT go over that boundary, regardless how appealing. If you happen to succeed, put that in a different pot. Don’t use your successes no matter what. As soon as you’ve played through your original set limit, bail out. Head out, regardless if it’s on the internet or at a brick and mortar casino, don’t stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, a different time.

Remember, gambling is assumed to be exciting not exhausting, sickening work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcannot afford the loss, don’t even start.
